Construction Practice Co-Chair John M. Neary and Real Estate Partner Daniel R. Miktus co-authored a chapter in Time: Legal Implications of Project Delay in Construction, a book published by the American Bar Association (ABA) that examines the legal and practical dimensions of delay in construction projects.
Their chapter, “Early Completion Schedules and Claims,” appears as Chapter 12 in the book, and addresses, among other things, the scope and nature of disputes that may arise because of early completion schedules, along with the elements of linking claims to such schedules. The overall publication addresses key issues related to project delay, including its causes, impacts, and the claims and defenses used to resolve delay-related matters.
The book, published by ABA Publishing, a leading source of legal resources for practitioners, is now available.
