ACG New York, the largest association of middle-market dealmaking professionals in New York, appointed Palash Pandya as Secretary for the 2019-2020 term, effective September 1.
With broad capital markets experience, Pandya provides strategic advice to public and private companies in a variety of transactional, securities, and general corporate matters. He advises public and private companies, private equity funds, family offices and entrepreneurs in mergers and acquisitions, joint ventures, tender offers, spin-offs, venture capital investments, and recapitalizations.
