The Deal’s “Middle Market Digest” took note of a deal initiated by Akerman client Beekman Group LLC, which invested in FCDG Management LLC, also known as First Choice Dental.
The deal “marks the ninth platform investment from Beekman…which closed with $425 million in 2018. It is the fifth dental service platform for Beekman in its 18-year history.”
