The Wall Street Journal quoted LaKeisha Marsh, Higher Education and Collegiate Athletics Practice Chair, in its article highlighting the demand by Fortune 500 companies for diverse legal teams on their deals. Marsh was part of an all-black female legal team representing Adtalem Global Education in its acquisition of Walden University for $1.48 billion.
“You won’t know what you’re comfortable with unless you step out and try something different,” Marsh said.
