Adam Brown is an associate in the Corporate Practice Group. He represents private equity sponsors, portfolio companies, corporate borrowers and lenders in connection with acquisition financings, refinancings, recapitalizations, syndicated credit facilities and other complex domestic and cross-border financing transactions.

His experience includes advising clients on senior secured and unsecured credit facilities, term loans, asset-based financings, mezzanine facilities, and related intercreditor and subordination agreements. He also advises clients on the financing aspects of mergers and acquisitions, including the negotiation and preparation of credit documentation and related transaction documents.
