Amanda Spector is an associate in the Tax Practice Group. Amanda advises clients, including private equity firms, on tax-efficient structures for mergers and acquisitions, as well as on state and local tax issues, including controversy and litigation matters. She assists clients with due diligence and other activities related to the acquisition of government contracting concerns across a range of industries, including defense, construction, engineering, and healthcare. 

Amanda also advises government contractors on small-business size eligibility for various programs offered by the U.S. Small Business Administration (SBA). She has additional experience in the energy and infrastructure sector, and has counseled clients on real estate and construction matters related to the development of data centers and other critical infrastructure.
