Michelle Santos focuses her practice on dispute resolution, commercial litigation and arbitration across the United States and Latin America, representing clients in industries such as telecommunications, construction, technology, and financial services. She has experience handling litigation and arbitration for large-scale construction projects, including high-rises, power generation facilities, and other critical infrastructure. Additionally, Michelle’s practice includes white collar crime, as well as government investigations and enforcement actions across a range of areas.
