Daniel Pellegrin focuses his practice on insurance litigation matters. Daniel represents and advises insurance carriers on various types of first-party coverage matters, including those involving allegations of bad faith claim handling, breach of contract, and fraud, as well as reinsurance treaty disputes between carriers in arbitration before the America Arbitration Association. He has drafted coverage opinions to advise insurance carriers in claim disputes related to insurance policies for various lines including, life, cyber, property, CGL, inland marine, and commercial auto. In addition, Daniel has experience litigating third-party insurance defense matters including, commercial litigation, professional liability, construction defect, products liability, and general liability claims.
