Mark Shutt, Daniel Pellegrin, and Shelby Raye Holt will speak at the 23rd Annual Advanced Insurance Law Course, hosted by the Insurance Law Section of the State Bar of Texas and TexasBarCLE. Mark will speak on “A Primer on Evaluating Contractual Indemnity and Additional Insured Obligations,” Daniel will present on “Appraisals from A-Z,” and Shelby will moderate the panel “Trucking & Broker Liability.”
