David J. Awoleke is an associate in the Litigation Practice Group and handles a wide variety of complex and general commercial litigation. His experience includes high stakes business disputes, business tort and transactional disputes, breach of contract and fraud claims, First Amendment claims, and putative class actions involving insurance and financial services.

He also has experience in complex and high exposure first-party coverage disputes arising under homeowners, commercial, and other property insurance policies, including general liability matters and bad faith disputes.
