Emma Nargi is an associate in the Real Estate Practice Group. Emma has experience reviewing construction contracts and managing complex document review in government contracts and construction litigation matters. She also has experience with transactional matters involving the drafting and negotiation of engineering, procurement, and construction (EPC) contracts for a variety of renewable and conventional energy projects, electrical infrastructure to support data centers, and other critical infrastructure projects.
