Evelina Gentry is a litigator, who provides clients with strategic counsel and creative solutions to complex legal problems. She focuses on high-stake complex commercial litigation, corporate disputes, and bankruptcy litigation. She has substantial private equity experience and unique bankruptcy litigation experience. 

Evelina achieves results for clients through the early assessment of critical facts and controlling legal principles to develop a comprehensive strategy. Evelina represents clients in a wide range of industries, including financial services, retail, oil and gas, healthcare, and real estate.  Evelina also represents creditors and trustees in the full range of bankruptcy litigation matters, including fraudulent transfers, Ponzi schemes, and preference actions. 

Fluent in Polish, she also provides routine counsel to U.S. companies looking to expand their footprint in Eastern Europe, as well as to Eastern European companies seeking to expand in the U.S. She has worked with several European companies on litigation issues in the U.S., negotiating and drafting complex contracts, and setting up corporate formalities in the United States.
