Evelina Gentry and Allison Etkin will speak at CenterForce’s Women in Law & Leadership Summit: West, which brings together senior women leaders from across the legal and business communities for discussions on power, influence, credibility, and leadership that holds under pressure.
Evelina will participate in “The Currency of Advancement: Credit, Visibility and Compensation,” a panel discussion examining how gaps in recognition and visibility contribute to pay and promotion inequities for women in senior roles. The conversation will explore practical tools for auditing credit and compensation systems, negotiation approaches that reinforce value and authority, and how transparent structures and leadership accountability can help organizations reward impact.
Allison will participate in “Voice, Visibility & Influence: The New Metrics of Leadership Success,” a panel discussion exploring how women leaders can build authentic visibility and turn expertise into thought leadership and advocacy. The discussion will examine executive presence across physical and digital spaces, expanding influence through storytelling, and using one’s platform to support mentorship and drive systemic change.
