Hunter Carpenter represents public and private companies in a variety of industries with mergers, acquisitions, and financings.  He also provides counseling on general corporate matters, including commercial contracts, credit facility and debt compliance, corporate organization and formation, and capitalization and stock award issues.  Hunter also has experience in investment management, including the structuring, forming, and offering of investment funds.
