Trav Clark focuses his practice on construction, energy infrastructure, and architect/engineer-related transactional and litigation matters. He drafts and negotiates a significant volume of engineering, procurement, and construction (EPC) contracts for renewable energy projects, including utility-scale solar and battery energy storage system (BESS) developments. In addition, he advises real estate, construction, energy, and architect/engineering clients on transactional and contractual issues, guiding owners and developers through project delivery arrangements that align construction risk, regulatory considerations, and financing concerns. Trav has additional experience as project counsel in connection with public-private partnership infrastructure projects.
