Jani Mikel focuses her practice on complex commercial litigation. She represents a wide array of corporate and individual clients in a range of matters, including toxic torts, antitrust and trade regulation, products liability, restrictive covenant violations, and other commercial matters in both U.S. state and federal courts.

Jani has experience advising clients in all stages of trial and appellate litigation in state and federal courts. She has experience assisting clients with complex antitrust issues including managing the collection, review, and submission of information in response to Civil Investigative Demands and Second Requests, and assisting in the case management and strategy throughout the stages of investigatory proceedings. Additionally, Jani assists clients in preparing for and responding to data security breaches, as well as advising clients on eDiscovery issues.
