Jani Mikel will present a session titled "Plenary Presentation: Litigation Technology" at the 2025 ABA Labor and Employment Law’s Fourth Trial Institute. She will discuss how to make the best use of today's technology and high-tech courtrooms during jury trials.

The Labor and Employment Law Trial Institute is comprised of three days of intensive instruction on the nuances of trying a labor and employment case from expert faculty practitioners. The fourth day will feature mock trials conducted at the U.S. Courthouse.
