Jerrod Bevan is an associate in the Corporate Practice Group where he focuses his practice on mergers and acquisitions, private equity investments, and securities transactions. Jerrod also handles general corporate representations and governance matters.

Prior to attending law school, Jerrod served in the United States Navy aboard the nuclear submarine USS Springfield.
