Jerrod Bevan is a partner in the Corporate Practice Group who advises private equity sponsors and their portfolio companies, strategic buyers and sellers, and other businesses on mergers and acquisitions as well as other complex domestic and cross-border transactions. His practice encompasses acquisitions, dispositions, leveraged buyouts, debt and equity financings, recapitalizations, and other strategic transactions. Jerrod counsels clients throughout the transaction lifecycle and regularly advises on securities transactions, corporate governance, and other general corporate matters.

Jerrod brings a practical, business-focused approach to his work, with an emphasis on understanding his clients’ objectives and providing advice tailored to the size, complexity, and characteristics of each transaction. Before becoming a lawyer, Jerrod served in the United States Navy as a nuclear propulsion plant operator aboard the submarine USS Springfield.
