Jerry Reichelscheimer chairs Akerman’s Retail Leasing and Development Practice and has practiced law for more than 30 years. He focuses his practice on negotiating and completing complex retail, warehouse, office, and industrial leases and ground leases, and in representing clients in negotiating all phases of retail, industrial, and multifamily projects. He also has extensive experience in representing clients in the acquisition of public and private sector financing. Clients look to Jerry to understand their objectives, identify issues, and provide strategies to achieve their goals in connection with these various transactions.

Represented Macerich/Talisman venture in leasing Fashion Outlets of Chicago shopping center located in Rosemont Chicago to high end retail tenants.

Represented in various land use and other real estate issues.
Samsung Electronics of America:
Represented Samsung Electronics of America in the leasing of a large warehouse site for distribution in Illinois as well as numerous other sites throughout the United States.
