Jonathan Turner is an associate in Akerman’s Litigation Practice Group, where he represents and advises clients regarding a wide array of complex commercial disputes. Jonathan represents clients in all stages of litigation, from early phases of case assessment and discovery through final dispute resolution. Jonathan has extensive experience in both state and federal court, as well as in arbitration, mediation, and pre-litigation settlement negotiations.

Commercial Lease Dispute:
Defended a national apparel retailer in a multi-party commercial lease dispute. Obtained dismissal of numerous parties and obtained a favorable settlement on retailer’s behalf.
Financial Services Litigation:
Successfully defended a national credit union against unfounded state and federal causes of action, obtaining dismissal of all claims with prejudice.
Fraud and Recovery:
Obtained a multimillion dollar settlement on behalf of a plaintiff seeking recovery of a fraudulent wire transfer.
Fraud and Recovery:
Obtained a favorable settlement and successful recovery of a converted property on behalf of a global logistics company.
