Keenan Molaskey is an associate in the Litigation Practice Group and focuses his practice on commercial matters, including breach of contract claims, business torts, intellectual property disputes, and disputes over company control and valuation. His experience includes drafting pleadings and dispositive motions, conducting written discovery and document production, and litigating appeals. Keenan has worked with clients in state and federal litigation throughout the country, including in Florida, New York, Delaware, and California.

In addition to commercial disputes, Keenan also has experience in litigation involving Florida state and local governments. These actions include intra-governmental disputes, as well as disputes between the government and private parties.
