Luis Cortes is an associate in the Real Estate Practice Group. Luis has experience with states’ alcohol beverage codes, tied-house laws, and enacted federal legislation. His experience also includes analysis of states’ beverage alcohol regulations and governance of all three tiers of the industry in conjunction with various state and federal alcoholic beverage statutory schemes, promulgated rules, and decisional case law.
