Megan Hussey is an associate in the Litigation Practice Group. Her practice is focused on commercial litigation and complex transactions. She routinely works on all stages of the litigation process, including discovery, motion briefing, and trial preparation. In addition to her litigation work, she regularly assists in counseling clients on a variety of employment matters, including compliance with state and national wage and hour laws such as the Fair Labor Standards Act, the Age Discrimination in Employment Act, and Title VII of the Civil Rights Act.
