Troy Finnegan represents clients in transactional real estate matters, including the acquisition, development, financing, leasing, and sale of real estate. Troy’s practice is focused on all aspects of residential development, including single family, multifamily housing, and mixed-use communities.

Troy is Board Certified in Real Estate Law by The Florida Bar and has substantial experience in real estate law and commercial transactions, including drafting and negotiating purchase and sale agreements, closing documents, loan documents, commercial leases, construction agreements, easements, and other development-related real estate documents.

Troy is the former General Counsel of Dr. Phillips Charities, where he was responsible for its legal affairs and participated in the management of its hundred million dollar+ real estate investment portfolio. Previously, Troy served as Executive Secretary to the United States Secretary of Labor and managed the Office of the Executive Secretariat at the U.S. Department of Labor headquarters in Washington, D.C.
