Will Hoy focuses his practice on the representation of private equity sponsors, family offices and their portfolio companies in complex mergers, acquisitions, dispositions, recapitalizations, rollup strategies and growth equity financing transactions, including creating and capitalizing platform acquisition structures for his private equity clients. His practice encompasses a large number of industry sectors, including  financial services, residential services, business services, healthcare, value-added distribution, niche manufacturing, consumer products and logistics.

Will has additional experience representing management teams in companies controlled by private equity sponsors in connection with change of control transactions, as well as a broad range of private and public clients in mergers, acquisitions, dispositions, joint ventures, and general corporate matters.
