William Handle is an associate in the Litigation Practice Group. William represents financial institutions, business owners, and individuals in a variety of federal and state civil matters, including complex commercial litigation, fraud claims, and disputes involving city, county and local government law. His clients depend on him to evaluate the impact of developing case law, as well as recently enacted legislation.
William routinely represents and advises financial institutions and other commercial lenders in loan enforcement actions and all areas of commercial litigation, including out-of-court restructurings, receiverships, real and personal property foreclosures, and asset sales under the Uniform Commercial Code.
