The event will feature a presentation by Marina Guerra, Outreach and Education Coordinator for the Equal Employment Opportunity Commission (EEOC). Marina will highlight EEOC enforcement priorities, emerging trends, workplace and legal ethics, and practical steps to ensure organizations are ahead of the curve. The discussion will combine a forward-looking view of the EEOC’s priorities and guidance with actionable strategies to cultivate a culture of integrity and respect.
