Akerman will host the Broward County Bar Association Young Lawyers Section's CLE Luncheon. Litigation Partner, Eric Coleman, and Litigation Associate, Reginald Janvier, will present Section 220 of the Delaware General Corporation Law Amendments.

The Young Lawyers Section (“YLS”) of the Broward County Bar Association strives to stimulate the interest of attorneys in the objectives of the Broward County Bar Association, and to promote professional and social understanding and cooperation among the Broward County legal community. The YLS contributes to the educational and professional advancement of attorneys, particularly those under age 36, while also contributing to the betterment of the Broward County community in general through charity functions and projects.
