Amy Gaylord will speak on a webinar titled, “Using Videoconferencing in Labor and Employment Arbitrations and Mediations,” hosted by the American Bar Association, Labor and Employment Law Section, and co-sponsored by the National Academy of Arbitrators. The panel will discuss effective methods used for arbitrating and mediating via videoconference in the midst of the coronavirus pandemic. The webinar will feature experienced labor and employment counsel who will cover topics such as: equipment, discussions to have ahead of the mediation, and practice points for making an arbitration or mediation work over video.
