Brian Fraser will speak on a panel at iLaw2018 presented by the Florida Bar International Law Section. The panel, "Hot Topics in International Law," will focus on recent case decisions related to issues of personal jurisdiction, the Florida Supreme Court’s new board certification for International Litigation and Arbitration, and the Florida Supreme Court’s new authorization for foreign in-house counsel to work in Florida.
