Christopher Duke will speak at the 11th Annual Labor & Employment Law Conference presented by The Seminar Group. The seminar will cover a wide range of workplace issues, including wage and hour issues, leave law, employees’ use of medical marijuana, the gig economy, sexual harassment, and racial justice. It will also examine developments in labor law and non-competition covenants.
