Elsa Manzanares will be a panelist at the Hispanic National Bar Association (HNBA)/VIA’s Annual Convention. The panel titled, "U.S. Export Controls & Sanctions Overview," will cover the developments in the Treasury Department's recent outline of its expectations for sanctions compliance programs and a more aggresive approach to sanctions enforcement. 

HNBA is a nonprofit, nonpartisan, national membership organization that represents the interests of Hispanic legal professionals in the United States and its territories. It is committed to advocacy on issues of importance to the 58 million people of Hispanic heritage living in the U.S. This annual convention attracts attorneys, judges, and law students from across the country, including public officials, business leaders, and general counsels from many Fortune 100 and other corporations.
