Janis Cheezem will participate on a panel entitled, "New Era Insurance - How Do Liability, Property and Business Interruption Insurance Policies Respond to a Global Pandemic?," presented by the International Council of Shopping Centers (ICSC) at the U.S. Law Conference. The COVID-19 pandemic has led to a new era of claims triggered, like the name of the virus, by a novel occurrence.  This session will feature examples of liability insurance, property insurance and business interruption insurance claims triggered by losses and liabilities from the pandemic.
