Kirk Davis will speak on a panel titled, “The Complex World of Being a Medical Staff Member or an Attorney Involved in the Process” for the Florida Bar Health Law Section. The panel discussion will feature a fact scenario that will raise various medical staff issues, including but not limited to medical staff member obligations and rights, investigations, National Data Bank reporting, licensure impact, contract ramifications, due process/procedure rights and obligations, provider status impact and other related concerns.

The panel will also provide insights into suggested best practices, strategy and potential outcomes.
