Deputy Chair of Akerman's Healthcare Practice Group, Marcy Hahn-Saperstein will present on the topic, "KRAMER vs. KRAMER (M.D., P.A.): Negotiating a Physician Practice Divorce with Less Drama" at the Florida Bar Health Law Section’s course on Representing the Physician 2023. Marcy’s presentation will focus on negotiating a physician practice divorce and the related ethical issues.
