Maria Casablanca will speak on a panel titled, "Coordination of Immigration and Estate Planning Advice - Best Practices During the Current Global Crises," at the 66th Congress presented by the International Association of Lawyers. During the various current crises including the Covid-19 pandemic and a European conflict that threatens to engulf the world, the panel will cover how immigration and estate planning lawyers have had to pivot quickly to meet the needs of their clients, both paying and pro bono.

Given the major shifts in global events over the past three years, this panel will cover best practices for coordinating immigration and estate planning advice, focusing on:

• residency and citizenship planning;
• executive assignments;
• and wealth planning.
