Steve Hurlbut will be a speaker at the 2013 Conference of the Association of United States Postal Lessors (AUSPL). During a panel titled "Does USPS Answer to Anybody?," Steve will discuss the USPS and the role of the Postal Regulatory Commission, the Office of the Inspector General, and the Board of Contract Appeals.
