Tammy L. Mercer will speak on a panel titled “Ethics in Arbitration and Mediation” at the 31st Annual Rubenstein-Walsh Seminar on Ethics and Professionalism, co-sponsored by the Delaware State Bar Association and the St. Thomas More Society.  Tammy will be joined by The Honorable Sam Glasscock (Ret.), The Honorable Andrea Rocanelli (Ret.) and The Hon. David A. White (Ret.). The panel will explore key ethical considerations and best practices in arbitration and mediation.
