Tim Sendek will share his insight on how to prevent counterfeit goods from being imported into the U.S. in a panel titled "Spring 2021 IP in Practice Series: Program on Intellectual Property and Technology Law," hosted by Notre Dame Law School. He will also discuss the various facets of the International Trade Commission (ITC) as a forum for disputes, and how to best advocate for clients affected by the import of counterfeit products that infringe U.S. intellectual property rights.
