William Heller, chair of Akerman's National Consumer Finance Litigation & Compliance Practice Group, will speak at the Mortgage Bankers Association's (MBA's) Legal Issues and Regulatory Compliance Conference. During the panel discussion titled "New CFPB Rule and Other Servicing Requirements," Bill will address and discuss unprecedented legislation, regulation and litigation directed at servicing, loss mitigation and the foreclosure process, notably including the CFPB's new servicing rule and the Attorneys' General settlement.
