Akerman represented New York-based private equity firm Graycliff Partners LP in its acquisition of Rosco, LLC and Rosco Collision Avoidance, LLC (Rosco), a leading manufacturer of safety solutions for commercial vehicles.
For more than 115 years, Rosco has been a leading innovator in road safety, manufacturing vision products for school buses, work trucks, military vehicles, and other commercial vehicles. Headquartered in Queens, New York, Rosco serves hundreds of OEM and aftermarket customers across North America. Its product line includes mirrors, cameras, digital monitors, sensors, and advanced driver assistance systems designed to enhance driver visibility and road safety.
