Akerman represented Viacore Solutions, LLC, a wholly owned indirect subsidiary of Marubeni Corporation, a major Japanese trading company, in its acquisition of Beltco Services LLC, a Texas-based provider of material handling products and services. The transaction enhances Viacore's footprint in Texas and strengthens its service capabilities in the south-central region of the United States.
