2024 U.S. Guide Recognizes 45 Firm Lawyers and Nine Areas

National law firm Akerman was recognized by The Legal 500 as a leading law firm in nine national practice areas, an increase from eight last year. The Legal 500 awarded Akerman its highest tier ranking in the categories of:

  • M&A/Corporate and Commercial – M&A Middle-Market (Sub-$500m)
  • Real Estate – Land Use/Zoning
  • Latin America: International Firms – City Focus – Miami

The firm was also ranked among the best in the nation for:

The 2024 U.S. guide also recommended 45 Akerman lawyers in these practice areas, an increase from 31 last year, based on client and peer recommendations. Corporate Practice Group Co-Chair Emeritus Carl Roston was recognized as a member of the “Hall of Fame,” an elite list of outstanding lawyers nationwide. M&A and Private Equity Practice Co-Chair Kenneth Wiggins and Real Estate Partner Jaclyn Scarinci were named “Next Generation Lawyers,” a select recognition of up-and-coming lawyers nationwide.
