Jacob Fierman focuses his practice on the representation of institutional lenders, equity firms, and companies in all aspects of commercial real estate transactions, including mergers and acquisitions, lending, and securitizations. In addition, Jacob represents investors in the acquisition, development, operation, and disposition of commercial real estate, including retail, multifamily, office, hospitality, senior housing, and mixed-use projects. He also represents landlords and tenants in retail lease transactions.
