Jade Jurdi helps consumer product manufacturers, distributors, and retailers resolve their most consequential regulatory and litigation challenges in California. For more than 15 years, Jade has defended consumer class actions and resolved hundreds of Proposition 65 claims, delivering practical strategies that protect clients' operations, brands, and business objectives.

Jade litigates when litigation serves the client's objectives — he has tried cases, including serving as lead counsel in administrative proceedings, and his class action experience spans dispositive motion practice against publicly traded companies through pre-trial, trial, and post-trial proceedings in federal court. He is also focused on keeping clients out of the courtroom. Jade counsels businesses on compliance with California's most far-reaching consumer and environmental laws, including Proposition 65, the Unfair Competition Law, the Rigid Plastic Packaging Container Program, and the Transparency in Supply Chains Act, and advises companies in the food, chemical, and life sciences sectors as new legislation reshapes their regulatory obligations.

Jade also represents automotive dealers in franchise and business disputes, appearing before the California New Motor Vehicle Board and before state and federal courts throughout California. He advises dealers and auctions on licensing and compliance and litigates opposite regulators when need be. His experience with auto financing compliance and California's auto-lending laws gives dealer clients counsel who understands their regulatory landscape end to end.
