Keeley focuses her practice on commercial real estate transactions, including acquisitions, dispositions, leasing, and mortgage loan financing. She works with developers and other property owners in both the public and private sectors at various stages in the purchase, sale, and development process. Her practice includes title review, land use work, and performing other due diligence investigations involving commercial real estate.
