Akerman represented Diamond Chemical Company, a portfolio company of Graycliff Partners, in its acquisition of Nyco Products Company, bringing together two historic businesses with more than 200 years of combined industry experience.
The transaction unites Diamond Chemical’s coastal operations with Nyco’s established Midwest manufacturing platform, creating a national provider of commercial, institutional, and industrial cleaning solutions and specialty chemical products. The combined organization is positioned to expand product availability, strengthen nationwide service capabilities, and enhance custom formulation offerings for customers across the United States.
