Rachel Gillooly is an associate in the Real Estate Practice Group. She focuses her practice on transactional matters involving energy, data centers, and other critical infrastructure projects. Rachel also concentrates her practice on construction litigation and dispute resolution.

In addition, Rachel represents a wide variety of government contractors, with a focus on state and federal contract counseling and compliance. She also assists clients with due diligence and other activities related to the acquisition of government contracting concerns.

Before joining Akerman, Rachel served seven years active duty as a Surface Warfare Officer in the United States Navy and has since joined the reserve community as an Intelligence Officer.
