Rick Fucci is a partner in the Corporate Practice Group, having practiced with Akerman for 25 years. Rick represents public and private companies and the promoters of private investment funds in a variety of corporate, securities and M&A transactions. He has extensive experience in structuring and negotiating complex business transactions, including mergers and acquisitions, private securities offerings, joint ventures, complex partnership and limited liability company agreements, recapitalizations, and equity and debt financings. As part of his practice, Rick also provides counsel related to the formation of private funds, including real estate and other private equity funds, and the private placement of securities.
