Sarah Kroll-Rosenbaum is a trusted strategic advisor to her clients, with whom she collaborates closely to design and execute litigation strategies through the lens of their business priorities.

Sarah is the Team Leader of Akerman's Staffing Law sector team which offers staffing companies coordinated counsel as they navigate a complex landscape of novel compliance, regulation, and litigation challenge.

In recent years, she has led the defense of more than a more than two dozen temporary staffing companies in class, collective, and representative actions, including California PAGA claims. In these cases, among others, Sarah has argued extensively in state and federal courts across the country, including the United States Ninth Circuit Court of Appeals, and in arbitration.

Sarah has also contributed to significant sports litigation cases, including the defense of several antitrust and FLSA cases on behalf of the NCAA and the Pac-12 challenging bylaws that prevent college athletes from being paid to play. She has also represented Major League Baseball, including defense of its antitrust exemption through the Ninth Circuit.
